HOW TO VOTE Ballot papers The ballot paper is on this page – the reply-paid ballot envelope is included loose in the plastic bag with this issue of Journeys. Ballot papers and reply paid return ballot envelopes are also available at all RACT offices. ple ase note – ‘Access’ Members will not receive ballot envelope because they do not have voting rights. Voting Yo u must vote for FOUR candidates by placing a CROSS (X) in FOUR boxes on the ballot paper alongside the names of the candidates you wish to vote for. If you place a mark in more or fewer than FOUR boxes, your vote will be invalid. The return envelope After you have completed the ballot paper, place it in the reply paid ballot envelope and seal flap A. Fill in the details on the voter declaration (DO NOT DETACH DECL AR ATION FROM ENVELOPE), fold flap B containing the voter declaration and seal. Place the reply paid envelope in the post (no postage stamp is required) or deposit in a ballot box at any R ACT office. Please be sure to complete all details on both the voter declaration and the ballot paper so that your vote is valid.
