After a rela xing and comfortable Air New Zealand flight, our first stop was Disneyland Magic Kingdom, where life is a fairytale and dreams really come tr ue! We experienced a character breakfast with lots of laughter and fun and then tried the rides. It can take several days to see all the attractions at Disneyland so I definitely recom mend a FASTPASS to save time. Next stop, Las Vegas -- what an eye opener! Action in the middle of the desert. The hotels are all so extravagant and large -- each one tries to out do the other. Las Vegas is fun by day, but it's m agic at night and you need to have some energy left after the sun goes dow n. Casinos are everywhere, so if you like a little flutter, this is the place for you. Been there, done that Sasha heads for the States To experience all the casinos would take at least two days. It's an entertainment hot-spot, too -- Las Vegas has some of the most spectacular live perfor mances on the planet. We went to see a show starring Holly Madison from 'The Girls Next Door'. Las Vegas is also great for anyone who loves to shop. The premium outlets are up to 70% off retail cost and have great brands such as Ralph Lauren, Guess and Nike. One of the ama zing hotels I inspected was the famous 5-star Bellagio -- this resort would be perfect for honeymooners or a special occasion. Then it was on to Los Angeles, home of Universal Studios, Hollywood, Rodeo Drive, Venice Beach, Sunset Boulevard, the beaches, Knott's Berry Far m and more. We used a 'hop-on hop-off' bus pass, which was a convenient and easy way to see Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Dow ntow n LA and more, with unlimited sight-seeing opportunities. There are four Los Angeles bus tours, with more than 50 stops -- so you'll see everything you want to. I had a wonderful time on my trip and can't wait to go back and visit the USA again! Sasha was a guest of Creative Holidays and Air New Zealand.
